I just placed an order, when can I expect it to ship?

Ready to Ship orders are typically packaged and sent out within a week of your purchase. Custom order lead times vary depending on scope of project. You will be updated on when to expect your order as soon as it’s complete. Orders are shipped via USPS.

I really loved this *insert flower here* I saw in one of your posts, can you use that exact floral material for my order?

If you see a certain type of flower or flower color you like and want it included in your Made to Order purchase or custom order, send me a message! I am happy to accommodate floral preferences whenever possible. Please keep in mind that while I will do my best to use your preferred floral material, this is not always a guarantee due to the varying seasonal availability of flowers and occasional limited access to material.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Because each piece is one of a kind, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your piece arrives damaged due to a shipping error, please contact me at hello@isabellasevv.com so we can discuss further.
